We have the NFL lead in sacks by 2, with 35. The NFL Sack Leader, and 5th ranked rush defense which is the most shocking to me, to the point where it's awkward. _________________

Defense has been playing lights out lately, the secondary has improved so much from last and earlier this year. Gonna be hesitant to claim them as a top tier D though, i still remember how hyped the D was last year and then got ripped by the Pats. Hopefully it just took this long to "click" rather then inconsistent. Hopes are high though.... mile high |

Doubt it. I think UMD is going to go independent in lax. They will steamroll Big Ten teams in lax on a yearly basis, and if they're independent they can still play Hopkins, UVA, UNC, Duke on a yearly basis. _________________

If we clinch a first round bye should we sit Manning and run the risk of him being a little rusty in the playoffs or do we let him play to keep the offense in sync going in to the playoffs and risk injury?
I personally would start Osweiler and give Manning the long rest _________________

Nope you play him in that game. At the very least first half. I'd put him in for the whole thing. _________________

Manning doesn't need rest. I HATE resting players late in the season. Odds are we will still have a chance at a first round bye come week 17, but I doubt we will have it clinched before week 17 unless both New England (who have the tie-breaker with us) and Baltimore collapse. But even if we do have it clinched, Peyton and the other starters need to play at least the first half. _________________ big_palooka:

I have to agree, play Peyton and all starters 1st half, second half slowly rotate everyone through, get Brock throwing some deep routes, and ensure we're ready for the playoffs fresh and on a roll _________________

Agreed. Look what happened to Green Bay last year. _________________

fantasy question:
who to start
QB: Eli Manning or Andy Dalton
WR (I can start 2 plus a flex, so 3 in total):
DT, Cobb, R. White, V. Cruz, AJ Green, J. Maclin _________________
