Lol when did I say that? I'm indifferent on Jimbo...
Although he gained major points in my book when he said he was gonna hand play calling duties over. _________________ Go Pack Go... |

Top 5 team 4th straight BCS bowl.
LB huge need limited spots. Sign 150th ranked OLB that was ranked 6 days ago.
Also latest commit in two and a half months.
He's probably much better than that, and the recruiting site is probably crap. But still... |

You'd think Oregon would recruit much better than they do. |

Texas and Oregon both dropped off him despite his immense talent. _________________

You'd think Oregon would recruit much better than they do. | That is my biggest complaint about this coaching staff. I feel Chip simply doesn't like to recruit. Add on that Oregon is the only team I know of in the Pac-12 that doesn't negatively recruit... They get bashed by every other school (some kid said a staff told him Chip was gonna be BB's heir at NE a few years ago ). Then they don't press people already committed. it makes for tough recruiting. _________________

Say what you will about the shadyness of his recruitment but an A&M offense next year with Mike Evans and Seal-Jones as the outside receivers and Thomas Johnson and Malcolme Kennedy as the inside receivers is gonna be scary for the next two years at least. |

Also glad Tee Martin will leave too. Hurting USC helps Oregon. _________________

Quite overrated. I saw him play 2 times in HS. He got injured this year I believe. He will need to adjust to either playing straight WR or QB because in HS he was a option QB/WR. He needs to get his nose in books/ get out on the field and really put time into running route trees. _________________

he's overrated though tbh | If you're projecting him as a reciever, then I agree. But the kid is a heck of an ATH though and would be terror coming off the edge, which is ultimately where he'll end up imo.
Good get for the ags.
Sidenot, OL Caleb Benoch (sp) commits to UCLA. Bit of a surprise. _________________

you think he'd be down for playing defense in college though? because he is a great athlete, and with the right coaching I agree. _________________

I'm gonna put him where he can best help my team, which (IMO, as well as most othersm) is on defense. Hell learn to like it or he can leave. _________________

He had some solid BCS offers: Syracuse, Texas A&M, Duke, and us. I like the fact that he has 4 years to play 3. Not your usual JUCO kid. _________________
