That happens a lot there 
Draft Picks and signings.. Bad vibes bro(K.dot)!
Really bad for Bartell, Dude talks like Andre Johnson and kinda looks
like him, Was a borderline top 15 CB in his time here. Big physical corner.
I bet it must of sucked when he re-signed with Stlouis rather than the Saints
before they went on that SB run. Such a great person.

As someone already said he might be a decent #2 CB if he goes to a team with a good pass rush. But if you don't get pressure on the opposing QB, Bartell is useless. He can't cover a guy for more than 2 seconds.
