| Mike McCarthy just announced in his press conference that Rookie 2nd round DE Jerel Worthy is done for the year with a knee injury. When asked, McCarthy would not confirm or deny if it was an ACL tear. Jerel injured his knee at Minnesota in Sunday's loss to the Vikings and had to be carted off the field. Worthy joins 2012 1st round pick Nick Perry and a host of other Packers on IR. Nobody has been selected to fill Worthy's roster spot yet. |

Sucks to hear. Was a big fan of his coming out of college and he looked to be developing nicely. This Packers-Vikings came is shaping up to be a close one...

Haven't he had a scanning yet, is that the reason why McCarthy won't say if he had an ACL tear or not.

I thought they had done one yesterday but I could be wrong, they said yesterday that today they would have more info, but Mike just said he is done. |

He had an ACL in high school but everybody I talked to said he was medically cleared. |

Doesn't matter where you play, if you get drafted by the Packers you are screwed, just to give you an idea.

2010- 1st- Bryan Bulaga (hip) 2nd- Mike Neal (shoulder/knee) 3rd- Morgan Burnett (knee) 5th- Andrew Quarless (knee/microfracture) 5th- Marshall Newhouse (Back)
