All in the first post. 4 keepers a year, max of 3 years for a single keeper (up for debate)

Nice! Second pick! I've got some solid keepers and with an early draft position, I'm hopeful to turn this around next year.

Next year can we have continual rolling waivers instead of them getting reset each week? Also I'd prefer an online draft closer to the start of the season as it's less time consuming

Meh, it should be 4 rounds shorter. Plus, it's hard for everyone to get on at the same time.
