This does not yet include CAS's flip which happened before this post by Servanto. Either he tries to break the tie and make tyty the lynch or he tries to compensate for CAS voting for RVM. It could be possible that they are both in chatzy and decided that only one of them should be on RVM.

No mafioso in their right mind would make the deciding vote to knock out their own detective. That's just plain idiotic.

I took it as PML implying that rvm told servanto in chatzy and he's trying to cover for him now.
