Recently the Dolphins official website interviewed Griese and Tannehill and asked this question

What is your best Coach Philbin/Shula story?

Tannehill: “I’d have to say his dancing after wins because it’s classic. It’s a little bit of like a Riverdance mixed with an elf dance maybe. I’m not sure how to classify it, but he does it after most wins. We get him pumped up and he hits the dance.

I tried to find a video of this "dance", but was fruitless in my endeavor.

For some reason I really want to see this dance...

I second that motion. The best part about all of this is that he has control of the locker room. If he can keep it, then he'll be around for a while. I really like this guy...
