Reading a little bit about the Chiefs ST in 2012 and the hire doesn't seem too encouraging. On the other hand, I can't really say I've studied their unit, and I do trust Grigson with his additions to the staff.

| I'm not so sure that last year can really be viewed as a strong indicator of his abilities seeing as it was his only year in KC. He was ST Coor in St. Louis for the 3 years previous so I think that might be more indicative of his abilities. |
