The little Mike of Mike and Mike seems to think if we played Seattle last week at 4:00 pm they would have beaten us by two touchdowns you see we need to win it all to get respect so lets go do it!! Any thoughts about that? _________________ The Most Interesting Man In The World Once Said " I don't always play Clemson but when I do I use my second string quarterback!" |

No thoughts whatsoever.
The entire week has been nothing but disrespect for the organization. Sportscenter, NFL Network, every analyst, news columns, this forum, and everyone in the world has given us ZERO chance. Seattle was the hottest team coming into the playoffs and we were suppose to get blown out. We won and now they weren't the hottest team in the playoffs and no one talks about the win, only the fact we almost lost. It's time for this team to shutup, put their heads down, and go to work. 60 minutes of football needs to be played this Sunday and it needs to be played harder than they have ever played in their life. Some of these guys will never get this opportunity again. IMO, this would be the greatest way for us to win a SB ever. Beating the top two defenses and proving EVERYBODY wrong and then hoisting the Lombardi in our rivals stadium. We need to leave everything on the field Sunday. All in. _________________

Agreed, if the game was played later the Seahawks would have been able to sleep in, get a great night's sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and arrive at the stadium early to rest before going out and beating one of the best teams in football. Makes perfect sense. It just sucks the game this week is later because now San Francisco will be able to do that. The Falcons are going to lose thanks to the game starting later. _________________

that is the key for me... Falcons play 60 minutes of football at 100% and they head to the SuperBowl.
the only reason the Seahawks were even in that game was because the Flacons mentally timed out in the second half thinking the game was already over. _________________

I think they say it because they are paid to first and second when their own team they are fans of gets knocked out and then the second team they picked gets knocked out they try and find excuses to make themselves look better Mike Greenberg is a MORON! I want to win so i can hear what excuse this guy has next time and the next clearly I hope no one is listening to his Lead Pipe Locks _________________ The Most Interesting Man In The World Once Said " I don't always play Clemson but when I do I use my second string quarterback!" |
