My Bills update:

Tier 1 Needs
1. QB: This doesn't mean they should take whomever, but I do think if the right guy is there they HAVE to take him.
2. LB: MLB/SLB/WLB, it doesn't matter. They need help at linebacker.

Tier 2 Needs
3. WR: A legitimate threat across from Steve Johnson is needed.
4. CB: Can't have too many of these; McGee is done; Stephon Gilmore and Aaron Williams could use additional competition

Tier 3 Needs
5. SS: Depth; eventual replacement for George Wilson who will be 32 next season.
6. OL: Depth
7. TE: Love Scott Chandler, could use another threat though.
8. DE: Depth; the 33 year-old Chris Kelsay is on IR and could be at the end of his career

Notes: OG Andy Levitre and FS Jairus Byrd are in the last year of their respective contracts. If the Bills can't resign them, these positions will obviously become bigger needs.

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS - Updated April 14

LESSER NEEDS:
S - Doubt Spillman or Robinson are the answer. Need a FS probably at 31 or 34. Could possibly use a SS to take over for Whitner after his contract is up after 13. Doubt they would start this year.

DE - Need a guy who can rotate in and get consistent pressure and take over for Justin in a year or 2.

#2 TE - Unless they see Celek as the answer we probably take one in round 2-4. Would need someone who can get 1st downs/TDs and block as well.

LESSER NEEDS:
NT - Ian Williams or Glenn Dorsey the answer? I think Dorsey will be the NT but we only used Sopoaga 1/3 of the plays so it's not a huge need. Could go one in the mid rounds to groom to take over down the road.

#3 T - Someone who can backup both sides so we don't have to shuffle Boone who is doing well at RG to T if someone goes down.

WR - Crabtree, Boldin, Manningham, Williams, Jenkins, Lockette/Moore for now but only Crabtree and Jenkins are locked up after this year. Will probably use a high pick in the next few years.

Possibly CB - Not much room for a CB with Brown, Culliver, Rogers, Nnamdi, Cox, Brock (ST ace). All but Culliver and Rogers are FAs after next year and Rogers could be cut to save money so could use a high pick in the next 2 years.

Possibly OLB - Haralson took a pay cut to stay with the team. We will be fine for this year. Depends on if we like Fleming or Johnson as our #3 of the future because Haralson will likely be gone after this year.

Possibly C - If Goodwin is cut to save 4.25 million than C would be a very high need if they don't think Joe Looney (or Kilgore) is the answer. I think Goodwin stays and Looney takes over next year.

Possibly 4th RB - A power RB who can play ST and be an upgrade over Dixon. Dixon is playing better and running like a power back instead of a dancing shifty back so he might stick.

Bengals Needs:

Outside Linebacker is a priority need.
Strong Safety is a priority need, but unlikely in 1 unless we are picking in the mid-20s or after.
A speed running back is a need.

DE is not a first round need unless they fail to re-sign Michael Johnson. But they have tons of cap room, so unless he wants Mario money they should be able to re-sign him. Even if they do not re-sign him, they rotate their D-linemen quite a bit, so I'm not sure they would take one in 1 anyway.

RT may be a need depending on re-signing Andre Smith.

A backup T/G is a need though.

DT, WR and TE are not needs.

Early guesses on potential 2015 Draft Needs: MLB or WLB, LT, TE. If not picking in the 20s then QB.

O Line- RT is a priority Diehl is done. I think they'll keep Beatty at LT but he is a free agent. Guard is also a must Snee is getting old
D Line- Osi is gone and Tuck has lost 2 steps also a run stuffing DT should be a priority
CB- Depth is needed badly CWeb looks slow this year
TE- Bennett is aFA and might be to expensive
LB- A speed upgrade is needed

For the eagles Guard needs to be higher, at our #3 behind safety.

Also if we are indeed switching to a 3-4, as its rumored NT, is a big need.

FB isn't a need at all.

Minnesota Vikings - WR, DT, OLB, OG, ILB, OT, QB, WR, DE, CB, SS

OT is only a need if Loadholt isn't resigned, and then it would be a much higher need.

DE isn't a need.

CB or SS would both be higher than QB.

An order of:

WR, DT, OLB, OG, ILB, WR, CD, SS, QB, OT is more accurate.

For the Lions

SS
CB
DE
C
RG
LB
Speedy RB
DE again
CB again
RT

a lot of this depends on our FA's.
Move DE in front of CB, and speedy RB behind DE. CB, C, and RG are all equal needs. An outside WR with speed could also be needed. We might need 2 safeties.

So:
S (possibly 2)
DE (possibly 2)
Speedy RB
CB/RG/C/#2 WR
LB
RT

WR, TE, 3-4DE, NT, K, S, C, CB

bolded are equally the top needs but OLB, OG arent at all we are pretty deep at those from our last couple drafts

New England Patriots

1. WR
- More specifically a deep threat, like Justin Hunter/Marcus Wheaton in the draft or a guy like Mike Wallace in FA. A slot receiver as well if Welker leaves , since Edelman is a FA and hasn't proven he can carry the load a full season.

2. S
- If Talib isn't resigned, then the #2 need becomes CB. Talib on the defense allows Devin McCourty to shift to FS, but that still leaves a big hole at SS. Steve Gregory has been terrible to end the year, and Chung is as good as gone. The Pats could address this through FA with someone like William Moore or through the draft with someone like Robert Lester or Matt Elam.

3. DL
- The Patriots still struggle to get consistant pressure on opposing QB's. Rookie Chandler Jones seems to be a fixture at one DE spot, and Rob Ninkovich is solid as well, but can be upgraded. The Patriots have virtually no one to push the pocket outside of Vince Wilfork (who really excels in run stuffing anyway). The Pats could draft someone such as Shariff Floyd or Margus Hunt to help this problem.

4. CB/OL
- The #4 need is largely dependent on if the Pats resign Talib and Vollmer. If the pats dont retain Talib, then CB becomes the #2 need. And if they dont resign Vollmer, OL (more specifically RT) becomes the #4 need (OL becomes the #5 need if Talib and Vollmer both retained). They have a solid replacement candidate in Marcus Cannon, so RT isnt a pressing need even if Seabass leaves. Depth could be used at C and RG too. Draft targets include Xavier Rhodes, Logan Ryan, Barrett Jones.

5. Coverage/Nickel LB
- Someone to come in on obvious passing downs to play with Mayo. Spikes is terrible in coverage, and Hightower hasnt proven to be the guy yet. This is a smaller need and could be a late pick or FA. Dane Fletcher could help next season returning from injury.
