Well, now the true pro bowlers are stepping out cause of the playoffs and superbowl runs. Therefore there is not a true meaning when the best actually get to play in it.
That being said, it would be better if the Probowl were changed in the sense that the conference that wins actually is the home team during the Superbowl or some type of worth for the regular season. Currently its just a vacation to players and there is no value in it other than a little extra cash for the winner.

They should make the pro bowl all rookie team vs the best in the NFL. Itd be really fun to watch with pride on the line,as well as money.

nah. This isn't baseball. Someone could get seriously hurt if it was really competitive and then a team would lose a star player for the next season or for the Super Bowl.
It's going to stay how it is, or they just won't have a pro bowl.
