Ashley Young has been solid this year at LW... You can't deny that. I don't see Zaha being better then Young. Plus Zaha won't come until the summer anyways, so we have to deal with what we have right now. |
Barely solid. The difference between his play now and when he first signed is shocking.

I highly doubt Pique would have got ''killed'' in the PL.
He's not fast but it's not like most CB's are way faster than him...

Hummels is better, I agree. He's the all-round CB.
Pique is the most composed and technical in terms of distribution though.

I'm still not sold on Pique, bit I'm absolutely certain he wouldn't have been killed in the Prem in any way.

Watched the Juve game live last night; that goal was something special, no doubt.
I watched Pogba from when he first came to United and the kid has all the talent in the world, but I do question whether he would have been comfortable with the frenetic nature of the Premiership. Serie A is just so slow, and he fits in perfect with that because of how he likes to play.

30 for Hummels is fair, and I'd rather pay that extra 10m to make sure we get a world class player.
