Which Team that has hired a new HC + staff has done the best top to bottom?
Personally I think it is Cleveland, but I am BIASED a bit as I am a Cleveland FAN.

I absolutely love the KC GM/HC combo of Dorsey and Reid. With that said, the best coaching staff has to be Cleveland. Chud with Norv and Horton running each side of the ball is a great top 3. The only negative is Chud being an unknown as the head guy but I don't see that being a problem. _________________

Going to lock this one up as the subject is being discussed already in the thread above. _________________
