Browns 1st round pick really doesn't make any sense at all unless we are staying as a 4 man front defense. Barkley makes no sense either. C- for the browns at best. _________________ Adopt-a-Brown: Emmanuel Ogbah - 52 Tkl - 5.5 Sack - 3 STF - 3 PD |

In our HC's new offense, the browns will run a vertical offense. Bark keys arm strength is similar to the kid in the Cam Newton commercial. Sorry, but miss.
If rather have Jones in the 1st, but Werner isn't terrible.. _________________

Minnesota does need a backup QB, but sure as hell not in the 2nd round.I'm guessing you are under the assumption that Ponder never stepped up since his game against Seattle?
I'd give this draft a D-. _________________

Geno Smith is not good enough to be a top five pick. Chiefs can get a QB out of free agency and draft a good O-line. |

Warmack isn't worth 2 1st's and no G has ever gone that high. Guards fall and this is a deep guard class. If DeCastro fell to the 20's, Warmack will fall out of the top 15 and at that point we might move up to grab him with a 4th being exchanged. _________________

Later rounds for the Titans are good, they hit some key needs but I don't think we will go DT in the first. We have a little bit of depth there with Klug, Casey, Marks and Martin. So I think we'd either go with a Corner or DE _________________

20. Chicago Bears - Jonathan Cooper, G, North Carolina
50. Chicago Bears - Arthur Brown, OLB, Kansas State
114. Chicago - EJ Manuel, QB, Florida State
Solid first 2 rounds. Only complaint is we dont trade down. I dont mind us drafting a QB, but TE is a bigger need. _________________ Adopt a Bear:

While WR is a likely position for the Vikings in the first round, they could easily go in a different direction, especially if they sign someone like Jennings to go with Harvin. I agree with the number of posts that say taking a 2nd round QB makes little sense--it is good advice. _________________ To give anything less than your best is to sacrific the gift - Steve Prefontaine

Lions will not pass on Bjoern Werner
Dee Milliner drafted 5th Overall is a reach. Morris Claiborne (6th), Patrick Peterson (5th) & Joe Haden (7th) were better prospects in the past 3 classes.
Milliner reminds me of Giants Corey Webster in the early stages of his career. Also played under Saban though at LSU. Lack of success transitioning to next level is a concern- I won't draw comparisons between Milliner & Dre' Kirkpatrick, but I do see similarities to Kareem Jackson.
Dallas sacrificing a 2014 1st Rounder to move up 6 slots for a Guard doesn't seem practical. Jerry has been aggressive, but that move give sup too much value. Plus, teams move up when they see an imminent threat to take their targeted player.
Tampa Bay- Look at the investments in Carl Nicks, Davin Joseph & Jeremy Zuttah. They're not in the market to upgrade the interior of their offensive line.
Warmack is a LG based on handedness. Carolina drafted Silatolu last year to man that position.
New Orleans is quite similar to Tampa Bay- Jahri Evans & Ben Grubbs are highly paid. Not in the OG market.
St. Louis could draft Warmack at 16. So if Warmack is Dallas' guy, they should move up to 15 with a trade w/ New Orleans. _________________ I'm The guy who got shunned on FFs for arguing J.J. 19. New York Giants - Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma - The line must be fixed, and Johnson is a very good tackle with room to grow. Coughlin and company were close to pulling the trigger on a sliding DE, but went on offense instead.

Only an eagles fan would do this to us. Our line must be fixed?? You mean the line that gave up the fewest sacks in the whole 2013 season?! Our defense is what suffered last year and needs to be fixed. We had the 29th ranked defense last year, and trust me Coughlin will make sure we address that this year. Doesn't matter if its CB, DT, LB, or DE

28. Denver Broncos - Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
I like this pick, I just don't know if the Broncos value drafting a DT in the first round.
58. Denver Broncos - Kyle Long, OT, Oregon
Love this pick
90. Denver - Joseph Randle, RB, Oklahoma State
Don't love this pick, not sure where Randle fits, we have Moreno/Hillman that fill this position, maybe Stepfan Taylor as a more power back.
122. Denver - Denard Robinson, WR, Michigan
Don't get it, we have a little sprinter in Holiday, I don't see how Robinson improves the Broncos, maybe a CB here. |
