It's not even close to possible that the Rams would consider bringing in Favre. It's not a doubtful it's a forsure no. _________________

Fair enough, though we are not paying Bradford his monsterous contract to be a backup to a 40+ year old QB that has been out of football for 2 years. _________________

24 teams have garbage backups in comparison to Favre.
Whether or not you think Favre would want to be, a backup is, not the, theory here. _________________ Legends Never Die. They Breathe Through The New Generation.

Just because "24 teams have garbage backups" doesn't mean they would be interested in Favre. Like I said, teams with young QBs wouldn't pick him up do to the added pressure in the mind of their young guy, and teams wouldn't want the media circus, aka Tebow Syndrome (I ought to trademark this). _________________

Favre isn't going to come back for a backup-QB contract. He's probably making good money with NFLN and he's not destroying his body more. Seriously, it's not even a hypothetical that makes sense. _________________

Favre already has a Super Bowl. If he comes back, he's coming back to play and win another championship himself. _________________

At least 24 teams interested? Really? Lets go through the teams:
AFC West
Chiefs- Possibly
Raiders- Possibly
Chargers- No
Broncos- No
East
Patriots- No
Dolphins- No
Bills- Possibly
Jets- No
North
Steelers- No
Ravens- No
Bengals- No
Browns- Possibly
South
Texans- No
Colts- No
Titans- Possibly
Jaguars- Possibly
So I got 6 that MAY be interested in the AFC, Lets look at the NFC
West
49ers- No
Seahawks- No
Rams- Doubtful but possible
Cardinals- Sure
East
Redskins- No
Giants- No
Cowboys- No
Eagles- Possibly
North
Packers- No
Bears- No
Vikings- No
Lions- No
South
Saints- No
Panthers- No
Falcons- No
Buccaneers- Doubtful but Possible
I come up with 8 possibles, 2 doubtfuls and 22 No's. So help me out which other 14 teams at least would be interested in Favre? |
Just pictured Favre in a Chip Kelly offense, thanks for that. _________________

He promotes discussion, nothing wrong with that.
Also I see you have been reading NBT's posts. Favre to AJ Green in 2013! |
