All cuts, releases, trades and free agent signings are listed in here. Free agency will start on Monday at 12 a.m. eastern time. Trades will start immediately. The committee will consist of myself, 1BackInBlackFan, and one more person to be determined.

To make a trade: Once a trade is completed, one of the teams should post the trade, and the other must verify it. Just quote the trade saying you agree. This way the committee will be able to view it. The trade should be worded as follows:

The (your team) and the (other team) have agreed on a trade.

(your team) will trade (player, picks, etc) to the (other team) for (player, picks, etc.)

This will not only make it easier for you, but for myself and the committee as well.

When signing a free agent, it is first come first serve. As soon as 12 am hits, you may sign whomever you'd like. Post a free agent signing as follows:

The (your team) has signed (Player, position) to a (year) deal.

You may cut players as well to get close to 53. Keep a list of all of your cuts in your team roster post. The cut should be as follows:

The (your team) have released (player).

Also try and keep a list of trades and free agent signings in your roster post as well. Keeping a list of transactions helps people see who is available/not available.

Also, you may go into as much detail as desired! Write a novel on a trade for all I care. If you post the trade, signing, or cut properly, you may elaborate as much as you would like.

In this thread, only post 100% sure cuts, signings, or trades. Keep all trade talk in the Marky's general posting thread. Make sure after committing a trade, signing or cut that you update your roster in Marky's roster thread.

The Carolina Panthers and the San Francisco 49ers have agreed to a trade.

The Panthers will trade our 6th round pick #173 to the 49ers for Ted Ginn Jr., WR.

The Panthers need play-making speed on offense. Steve Smith is getting older, and the rest of our WR are still unproven. Ted Ginn has a ton of talent, he just hasn't been able to put it together. Giving up a 6th rounder for a good KR/PR and one of the fastest players in the league is worth the risk.
