My main targets for the rest of FA would be 3, 22, 29 and maybe 25. _________________

5 years, $40 million with $26.5M guaranteed.
Which means guaranteed money also came into play. Might as well start guaranteeing more if that's the case. Oh well. With money to play with, thinking we should target #22 in this tier.
Edit: Sorry, meant #22 not #12. |
#22 had a bad season though... I'm not quite prepared to pay him when he hasn't proven anything TBH.
#25 is a solid option, given the situation with our roster. #3 could also be a potential one. _________________

So i take it you guys did not use my pitch for Greg Jennings...which would have been higher than the deal he signed. _________________

I take it that we are not going after any players on the 2nd Tier since the pitches need to be in by 8 tonight and there has been little to no discussion regarding it. _________________

Appears that way.
Though I could put together something (or Ice or someone else could considering I failed with Levitre) for #12 or 22 if there was any support for them. _________________

I guess not.
To me, the only ones to consider is 13 and 22, but none of them have had a good year.
I'm really looking forward to Tier 4. _________________

I don't like any of the tier 2 except for one player, and TBH he might be out of our price range for what he can provide at this point. _________________

OFFICIAL DECISION: Sebastian Vollmer will be moved to Tier 3. A new AAV will be established and a new hint will be given.
Please re-submit your bids for him once Tier 3 bidding opens up. Apologies for the confusion, but because of how late the hint came out we figured this was the fairest decision... |

I'd have some interest in #3 however we're running short on time. _________________

Do you think he's what we need? I figure he's sort of like #61 for us. _________________

I actually think that he is similar to #61. However, I feel like #61 has the potential to be much more impactful if he was playing next to someone that could hold his own and absorb blockers, as his explosiveness is kind of being underutilized with our current personnel. _________________

Do you think it is worth pursuing?
I've got to leave now (taking my father to work) and I will be away for a few hours. If you think that the contract would be acceptable and not overpay, and that the impact of him is worth it, then you can make the decision whether we pursue him or not. _________________

Going to leave the above up to the rest of the staff. If there are a couple staff members in support of making an offer, I'll throw something together quick. So speak now or forever hold your peace. _________________

I would rather go after 29 when everyone has spent ridiculous amounts of money elsewhere _________________
