This isn't even true. Seattle has 2 free agent signings and San Fran has like 1. The Phins are definitely one of the more active teams. |
Maybe so, but I love how 4 signings is considered major movement.... |
Considering you have 22 starters, those 4 new signings are a little under 20% of your two units combined. Obviously you guys aren't doomed, but history shows us that kind of turnover does not always lead to success. |
History also shows that no amount of turnover always leads to success. We're talking about an average team that has been average, with a slightly below average record, for four years, not a perennial playoff team trying to buy their way over the top. |

1. If you have a better idea on March 15th (41 days before the draft) I'm all ears ... err eyes.
2. I'd hardly call 4 players half of a roster

My hyperbole wasn't appreciated from the looks of all the replies from 'phin fans. I really hope you guys are successful in your venture, I'd love to see the Dolphins win the division. I've always liked Keller and I don't think this signing is poor. |

thank you, I hope we take the division as well. What some people are failing to realize is that 3 of the 4 signings are guys that are replacing people that we just released or didn't sign. Keller replaces Fasano whose a Chief now and Wheeler/Ellerbe replace Dansby and Burnett. I sure hope these moves are an improvement , but this isn't my money that's being spent so I say keep spending that cheddar.

The FAs we lost and the players we cut are all remnants of the pre-Philbin era:
CB Sean Smith
LT Jake Long
TE Anthony Fasano
RB Reggie Bush
MLB Karlos Dansby
OLB Kevin Burnett
The players we signed fit the direction Philbin wants this team to take. I'm not seeing the issue. It's not like above players were signed last season. Remember, we're sitting on a boatload of draft picks and filling holes in FA allows them to draft BPA instead of reaching for needs.

The 49ers have signed Glenn Dorsey and Dan Skuta in FA, this widespread belief that they're making tons of moves is false

| You can't say the Dolphins aren't trying to put Tannehill in the best position to succeed. They have added several players at skill positions this off-season. Got Keller on a one year prove it deal. |
