Dude is a horrible blocker! Constantly got his [inappropriate/removed] kicked during 2 TE sets! Hope he doesn't make it through training camp cuts! |
He was just fine with us....but we needed to go in a completely different direction at TE. |
I'm assuming you mean in a positive direction? |

those 2 bear's TE were without a doubt the worst in the entire league |
Nope, just talked to his agent. |
Lol you didnt need to talk to his agent to figure that one out. It was reported by the Chicago beat writers earlier today. |
Whaaaaaat?
Did you think i said that I talked to his agent?
I was answering Phobixx qeastion on "Didn't they also sign Kellen Davis." with "Nope, just talked to his agent.
Why would i talk to Kellen Davis's agent. |
Thats what it sounded like to me Billy. But then again....Im hammered
 |
In all fairness, I thought he said the same thing. _________________

Exactly... I don't know what armsteeld is talking about but Spaeth has always been a tremendous blocker. Steelers fans just got on him for the occasional hold. That said we don't need blocking tight ends! _________________

No, we just need a healthy body until Heath Miller is healthy again. _________________

yeah, I guess 4th string TE was a need for us, right?
I don't get the Steelers. We're moving backwards. _________________

Heath might not be available at the beginning of the season, Spaeth already has experience working with the Steelers and he's cheap. _________________ Kickers are people too |

Yeah but he has experience in a different offense. So I don't think that is going to be helpful. |

Leonard Pope is familiar with Todd Haley's system, and we'll get to see what David Paulson is made of. Matt Spaeth is just a third TE to fill out the roster with until Heath Miller is healthy again. _________________
