According to Lewis on Twitter the Steelers didn't even make him an offer. You have to wonder why.

I always liked Keenan Lewis.

I wouldn't be surprised if he breaks out in New Orleans. I see some high potential in the guy.

Pittsburgh should have resigned him. Sad

I didn't get to watch as much tape on Lewis as I'd like. Usually if I pull the Steelers up I'm watching Taylor. But from the little I've seen, he's a solid corner.

Yes, because one good...not great....season in a contract year after 3 mediocre ones makes him worth being paid as a top 10 corner.

As I said earlier, its a good signing, and he couldve likely gotten more, but he got about as much as he deserves at this point.


But aren't the Steelers basically famous for it taking a few years to grasp their D? I dunno...as a Saints fan I certainly hope this pans out for us, but I'm willing to admit that I'm not familiar enough with the man's play to really make a judgement.
