Not a bad signing for a backup/situational pass-rusher.

Agreed and Bucs needed pass-rushers.

For a while there, I thought they were set; Gerald McCoy was a great inside penetrator, Brian Price wasn't as polished as McCoy but was more tenacious, DaQuan Bowers was viewed as a potential steal in the 2nd round a few years back, and then they drafted that kid from Iowa with the gimpy arm and killer first step. (Blanking on his name...Haywood? Hawthorne? Urgh, too lazy to Google it...)

Going further back to Gaines Adams, you can see the Bucs desperately trying to find that guy to play the pass rusher role, but none of it has panned out. They still have a solid team to work with, so all isn't lost...

Now that's a name I have not heard in for ever. Last I heard he was a Panther.

Adrian Calyborn, 7.5 sacks as a rookie.

Bowers is solid against the run and has shown some flashes of decent ability for getting after the qb.

McCoy is a stud.

In a division playing against Brees, Ryan, Newton potential doesn't help very much though. We need production in the worst way from our ends this year.

I hope Selvie can add a spark here and there, anything will help at this point.

Very Meh signing for them. Struggled to cling to our roster but can be a decent depth and situational player.

Agreed, not a big deal, but he is a good depth guy
