What else does a rookie late round pick RB have to do despite having one of the greatest rookie seasons in nfl history and produce 2nd to only AP?

Very disrespectful for people to overlook him.

1,010 atts, 4,521 yards 4.5 avg 44 tds: 3 x Pro Bowl, 2 x First Team All-Pro, 2010 Leading Rusher.

And some people don't list him in their top 10.

I don't want to make this about Foster but I have no clue why some don't show him any love.

I think the guy is a beast. Love his game, love his style!

Right now:

1. Adrian Peterson
2. Marshawn Lynch
3. MJD
4. CJ Spiller
5. Doug Martin
6. LeSean McCoy
7. Jamaal Charles
8. Arian Foster
9. Ray Rice
10. Matt Forte

For number 11, would Reggie Bush be pushing it?

Explain how Spiller has any business above Charles...that would be really interesting.

How about YPC, Runs of 20+ yards, with Spiller having more rushing TD's on way less attempts. I'm sure your response will be receiving but Charles isnt head and shoulders better in that aspect either.

I'd take Spiller over Charles 7 days a week and twice on Sundays andwe may not even see Spiller peak yet.

Actually, the simple answer is that Charles is Spiller, except he's been doing it successfully for about three times as long. Spiller did nothing this year to justify jumping Charles. Spiller is basically 2009 Jamaal Charles (seriously, look up the stats, watch the skillsets, it's eerie.) But Charles has improved.

Wow, that was amusing.

That's cool that you are only using last season since Charles has the best ypc of all time. Just using last year, he scored 6 of KC's 17 TD's. Spiller scored 8 of the Bills 36.

It's also amusing that you throw around best YPC of all time like it's some incredible accomplishment, when in reality it was for 3 seasons.

I'm not saying I would take Spiller over Charles, because I wouldn't, but let's keep things in perspective.

Yeah, I know it's way too early to put BP on here, but I just needed a way to put him on this list, and I'm 100% sure that he's going to be a top 3-5 RB barring a serious injury.

Frank Gore not on the list...? I seriously can't take that serious.

Really, thats the thing you notice? If the Ravens supposedly have 2 top 10 backs that is an indictment against Flacco.

No, that's not the only thing I notice, just the one thing I mentioned. How is Stephen Jackson not on the list? Furthermore... Spiller at #2? Please...they run a 2-back system there and you take away either one of them and the other struggles constantly. That list actually is one of the worst I've seen in this thread yet.

Peterson
MJD
Rice
Lynch
Foster
Charles
Gore
McCoy
Forte
CJ2K

Note: Left off Morris and Martin until they prove it's not a single season fluke. Need another year before they crack my top 10.

I was only laying to waste his claim that Spiller's ypc is a reason he should be ranked over Charles....and while his career is not complete, the fact you don't see his ypc average as an incredible accomplishment is also very amusing.

I actually like this list. I might move MJD down a few spots because that lisfranc injury is a brutal one to come back from, but not gonna argue it too much - MJD is a one man army when healthy. Proper respect given to Charles, no massive overrating on McCoy or Spiller, Foster is in the right place, props to Matt Forte at the tail end of the group...

Solid list. I'd get behind this 100%.
