i would have to say marcus vick. he gets alot of grace for being mike vick brother, but the truth is i havent seen him do much. bryan randell got the starting job over him and bryan dident even get drafted. Next year vick will be starting and ill see if he can change my mind. _________________

On this forum the most over rated player is Tenn Ginn Jr. All he has done so far is return punts. _________________ i like sitting and watching football |

| Yeah, but he runs like 50% of them back for a TD, heh. (I'm overexaggerating, I know) |

I agree that he is a great returner, but you don't win the heisman for just returning punts for TD's, i want to see him be the shut down corner everyone says he is. _________________ i like sitting and watching football |

Desmond Howard did when he won the Heisman Trophy with Michigan in 1991. I agree with you though, in the argument that if you're just a returner, you shouldn't win the Heisman Trophy. _________________

| QB Brodie Croyle Alabama. Even most Bama fans will agree with me on this one. |

my first thought was Vince Young, but i'm still impressed by what he did against the great Michigan D
Since i'm pretty knowledgeable of the ACC, i'll pick someone from there.
I'd would say Ryan Moore of Miami, because he was so highly touted but it looked like he just got done eating buttered popcorn before he went on the field against FSU, and then a few games later he got hurt. But not many people think he is that great anymore. I also don't think Devin Hester is that good, but his stats are good.
My Choice: QB Marques "Biscuit" Hagens, Virginia
Yes the guy had an awesome QB rating, but lets look at the facts. Every ranked team the Hoos faces they lost to FSU, Miami, VT, and Fresno State. The record of the teams they did beat was 40-52, and the only teams with winning records were Akron(6-5) and Georgia Tech(7-5). Come on! When I went to the UVa/FSU our defense dominated him all day and eventually forced him out of the game. The only reason he did decent at all during the year was Health Miller. He could have thrown a grain of rice in a game and Health would of caught it. |

"bryan randell got the starting job over him and bryan dident even get drafted."
Neither did Jason White, does that automatically mean that his backup should have started.......NO. And remember Bryan won ACC player of the year last year, so obviously he is good. Marcus hasent gotten his shot, but this is his year, its his team, I guarentee he wont disappoint. |

Chris Leak, Vincent Young, and whoever said Ted Ginn is overrated, give me a moment...
I'm pissed...
all he ever did was return punts for TD's...
another moment please...
He didn't see significant action until half way through the year, and after he saw time, OSU lost just one game. Ginn had 10 TD's total in half the season, had mass rushing and receiving yards when he was in, and don't tell me all he can do is return punts. You are going to be famaliar with another dimension this year, and that is his coverage skills on defense. _________________

Chris Leak. What has he done to prove that he is the great QB he's hyped up to be? Was he really much better than Brock Berlin last year? He was maybe the 3rd best QB in the SEC last yr behind Jason Cambell and Matt Jones. Maybe because Daiv Greene may have been better than him _________________ I speaketh the truth |

| I agree with Chris Leak. I seem to watch a lot of Florida games and he really doesn't seem to special. He jsut appears to be hype. |
