What cologne do you guys use?

The last few I've had were Acqua Di Gio and Lacoste Sport. But I'm looking to try something new.

Went to Boston Store to test some out. One's a seemed to like were Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana, Montblanc Legend, Polo Red. I liked the smell of Blue by Nautica, but isn't that kind of played out, or no? It's definitely cheaper than the rest.

I haven't had the chance to smell it, but I've heard good things about Versace Eros. Anybody have any experience with that?

Cologne is like a European man purse, but for some reason though it's ok for dudes to use it, but it's really just perfume.

I never really got the idea of cologne. Just slap some deodorant on dem pits and git-r-dun!

This all depends on the person. Colognes react differently to different skin types.

Personally, I have oily skin so opt for D&G light blue and Armani Mania as my main 2 scents. Reason being they have more citrus and floral notes that react well w/ oily skin.

For some reason deeper earthy or musk scents that smell great in the store don't play well on me.

Hmm. What kind of scent is it? I like the clean/fresh smell. Not too high on the sweet or musk smells.

Feel the same way. I shower and put some deodorant on.

If smelling like a scent that gets compliments from ladies and gives them even more of a reason to stay close is feminine, then I'll stay being feminine.

Acqua di Gio and Code for me.

I feel bad for chicks because all these things in our culture got pushed onto them as mandatory, like shaving (...everywhere....), perfume, makeup, hair, nails, etc. They have to do all that crap, else dudes will scoff at them.

It's nice being a dude, because you don't have to shave your legs (though I suspect some of you cologne wearing brobots might), can have short hair you don't have to comb, don't have to get pedicures, etc. This cologne thing is just the start, you'll be wearing eyeliner to improve texture soon.

I, for one, am terrified if this becomes a slippery slope. Laughing

Men putting scents on to help attract females has been around for thousands of years. This is quite possibly the least slippery slope, at the slightest angle, the world has ever seen.

Not just referring to that, just mainly dudes now-a-days shaving legs, Euro man purses, super tight pants, etc. But cologne literally is the same thing as perfume, lets call it what it is. Who knows? Maybe dudes used it before women did? I have no idea. I've always regarded it as a chick thing, so I shall stay away, until maybe one day I am pressured by society to use it. Laughing

This. I was told I smell nice numerous times last night while I was out. Don't over power. Light spray that can only be detected up close. Promise, girls will be getting close to catch the scent.
