Mariota isn't a top 15 talent, doesn't mesh with the Vikings draft tendencies, and is not a scheme fit for what we do offensively. Not a fan.

Vikings @ 9
Louis Nix DT or C.J. Mosley OLB

follow it up with a QB later in the draft.

Disagree on Mariota, he'll be highly coveted because where the league seems to be going offensively whether you think he's limited or not. Plus if you're picking that high - what you do offensively currently probably goes out of with window.

I love it. Lyerla seriously has every single trait Phil Emery looks for. I think that's a very realistic pick. Depending on whether Tillman/Jennings are resigned, or one of, will likely put CB atop our needs... Along with Pass Rush as it's speculated Julius Peppers will be cut and who knows with Henry Melton a pending free agent. With the amount of money Chicago is going to have in the offseason surely one if not both of those will be addressed. TE/C are also top needs, I personally love the pick. Go DL in the 2nd.

Not a massive fan of Lyerla for the Bears…he is a good player but with Martellus Bennett looking so good we only need a compliment at TE and not a 1st round pick…if we were going to take a player at the offensive skill positions in round one it would have to be someone with game changing speed like a De’Anthony Thomas who could take it too the house on every play and add a new dimension to giants we currently have in the receiving core…

With our pass rush so far this season it would be very difficult for us to pass up Khalil Mack…he just has natural ability to make plays in the backfield.
