Come on guys, we're playing in London, home city of the lovely Ms. Beckinsale. When else will I have a good excuse to post a pic of her in a game day thread? People have been saying this game could get ugly. Well, here is a little beauty to compensate! Wink

Raise you Rosie Jones

Who else beside me is planning Bangers & Mash, and assorted English Ales, for their halftime feast? Think

Has Adrian Peterson been garbage this year?

No, but the blocking for him has been.

Its never stopprd him before. Oline or no Oline Peterson is Peterson.

He is in a slump. He will find a way out.

Steelers rank 22nd currently against the run.

Adrian is 4th in the NFL at 281 yards (93.7 ypg). He is currently on pace to rush for 1499 yards.

If that is "garbage" or "in a slump", maybe we need to alter our expectations of him a bit, no?

Yeah, I would kill to have a rb even projected to have those stats.

It's like Rodgers, He threw 39 Tds and had a 105 qb rating last year, and they say he had a bad year... Lol.

I expect a big game for Peterson. Having Felton back will be a blessing.

Picked up Harrison Smith for my IDP. Hopefully he makes Ben pay.

A victory will provide one of these two teams with a dose of momentum and hope that a playoff run is still possible. The loser, however, will almost certainly need to start looking toward next season since no team has recovered from an 0-4 start to make the playoffs since the San Diego Chargers in 1992. Pittsburgh is off to its worst start since 2000 and risks starting a season 0-4 for the first time since 1968. Minnesota started 0-4 two seasons ago. The Buffalo Bills were the last 0-3 team to reach the playoffs, in 1998.
