Eh, i'm not worried about it. That was an especially intense game, what with the Packers reeling off 30 straight points. The groin punch was obviously not cool, but that's the first i've seen him do anything like that in the pros. I'm sure Zimmer straightened him out on Monday. Laughing

And we got flagged for it! Laughing

The refs missed that one badly. Thought The Finley hit should have drew a flag too. Not helmet to helmet, but when you hit the head of a defenseless receiver that hard, it needs to be a flag. I do think it was incidental though.

Moise Fokou was fined about $7500 for letting this happen to him.

@RapSheet: Seahawks WR Golden Tate fined $21,000 for striking a defenseless player in head/ neck area. Hit on Jags Dwight Lowery, who had a concussion.

Wuss?

Why? Because a few players are getting fined for a specific type of hit....out of the 1600 plus plays a week there are somewhere around 5 total plays that receive a fine....that is less than a a half of a percent of all plays. which means well over 99% percent of the time players are making legal impact plays and hits.

Hardly a "wuss" play...

I couldn't help but laugh when the pack got flagged for that. I know it was wrong, but I did.

And yeah, I was a little surprised when the Finley hit didn't get a flag. But they made up for it later with the hit on Rodgers that got a flag and shouldn't of, and then the defensive holding the next play. The DH was probably legit, but the Rodgers hit was questionable to me. Looked like a good hit on the midsection that just made his neck snap back. Obviously the NFL agreed because they didn't fine the Bengals player for it.

Burfit deserved the fine, don't think Iloka did. His bicep hit Finleys head not his shoulder/helmet and Finley was diving on that play. Pretty much the only way not to get fined on that play is to allow the catch...

Actually, Jeromey Clary was fined for doing that to him. Fokou was fined for throwing a punch at Clary after he freed his arm and was fortunate he wasn't ejected from the game for throwing said punch.

I don't see anything even worth a penalty, let alone a fine. Please explain.

Absolutely dirty disgusting play by the Charger player trying to break his arm. Had hoped for more class from that organization.

Was a tough game, wish the best to that team minus that dirty player.
