This team could not run their way out of a paper bag, D is the antithesis of clutch, coaching is horrible, special teams is horrible, and I am starting to worry that Tannehill will not be good enough.

not sure what made you think that, i thought he looked pretty good today. Finally had some pocket awareness and actually used his speed to get out and extend drives. Someone musta finally told him the qbs dont have to stand there like a statue. He really just need to keep getten better at his pocket awareness/scrambling and his deep ball and you might have urself an elite qb.

Why you would ever bring up Tressell or anything related to what was affectionately called "Tressell Ball" is beyond me. Even the memories are too much to handle.

Tannehill was decent today. Definitely wasnt part of the reason we lost. Definitely didnt make the plays to win either. Comes down to the trenches and when it mattered most, there was nothing left in the tank.

Sometimes we seem so close to becoming a good team. We win against the bengals and almost take the panthers. Those (plus the falcons) are teams I thought would kill us.

If we just had a tough tackle breaking RB. If we just had a TE and a WR, that could go up and get the ball, and that could break tackles and get YAC.

It is almost like we are a finesse team on offense. QB and OL play isn't good enough for that.
russ my man I agree 100 percent. Like I said earlier a year later this team still has nobody who can make a play with the ball in there hands it's amazing how we continue to not have those guys. Our offensive line is still bad but we don't have a RB who can make a play after contact. Oh and yes our line is still bad. Brian Hartline is so so average it's maddening

This teams biggest issues have nothing to Tannehill and everything to do with running the football. When your leading rusher is the qb with 36 yards then something needs fixing. It is why the Dolphins can't put teams away in the 4th. I'll say it again the only person keeping the Dolphins competitive is Ryan Tannehill......

I did find it funny today that when G Sam brenner went out that David Arkin a undrafted free agent picked off the cowboys practice squad 2 weeks ago went in the game and not Dallas Thomas .

See that ? This right here is a snap shot of what happens when someone catches flawed thinking. But more times than not flawed thinking goes unchecked. We should all leave room for the "I JUST DON'T KNOW" factor. We all watch TV, read articles and tweets or what have you. But on a routine basis we arrive at judgements and call for people's jobs. And 9 out of ten times these expressions are emotion based.

keep making excuses .. Also know I preached patience with Johnathon Martin .. Ireland loved Thomas versatility his words not mine. 5 lineman down and still nothing. Thomas played LG his entire senior year. If we drafted him to be a Tackle and not a G another big mistake. His best attributes is at G.

1 out of 15 second and third round picks has an impact on this team with Ireland drafting....that's not emotion that is freaking fact. Track record is why he should lose his job.

I want to see how the season plays out before calling for anybody's head. Including Ireland.

This is how I was but to see no progress from last season to now it makes me scratch my head. We have no running game and our OL has regressed. We tried to speed up the defense but it hasn't paid off. Are we ok with just mediocre? This is what we are getting. Looking at teams like Seattle, Denver, and New England I have realized that we are no where near their level and are far from it.
