do any two teams exchange picks/players as often as the Seahawks and Vikings do? It seems that ever since we stole Hutch there are multiple swaps on a yearly basis

Panthers and Bears?
Yeah Chris Harris (twice), Greg Olsen, DJ Moore, Jamar Williams, James Anderson, Ricky Manning, Muhsin Mohammed (twice) just to name a few. You could throw in Ron Rivera too kinda.

The leader of the company that made the infamous StarCaps nutritional supplement has been fined for the misbranding of the drug. Nikki Haskell, who incorporated the now-defunct company that sold StarCaps, was fined $60,000 on Friday by a federal judge in New York, according to Reuters. Haskell plead guilty to a misdemeanor in March in connection with the misbranding.

StarCaps was a weight-loss aide that contained bumetanide, a substance banned by the NFL. However, the presence of bumetanide was not listed as an ingredient in the drug. Seahawks defensive tackle Kevin Williams and Patriots defensive end Will Smith were among the players who served suspensions for taking StarCaps after a legal battle.

Really like this. No, he's going to be our new Red Bryant. I doubt we ever see him at LDE. And he's certainly not going to be our new Clinton McDonald, because he was an undersized interior pass rusher.

Prior to this signing we seriously lacked an interior run stopper behind Brandon Mebane. Kevin Williams is certainly still an above average run stopper (to put modestly IMO) and should prove to be a very valuable depth signing with the way we rotate guys in and out.

After Seattle agreed to trade their #32 pick to the Vikings this year, I'll be glad to let them have a direct pipeline to all of the old guys we release, even if they do have some miles left on them.

Good luck to Seattle and to Kevin Williams with his new team. Thanks for the memories, Kevin. We will always remember the "Williams Wall" fondly.
