Also, I want to build this team how Seattle has. You're not gonna build the New England way. The New England way is called Brady + Belicheck.

Build a super elite defense and give Kizer / Kessler / Osweiller enough weapons to work with. Do you need a franchise QB? Yes, but you need a well rounded team. All time great QBs like Rodgers and Brees only have 1 super bowl appearance because their teams made them carry too much of a heavy load.

I'm not one for the whole "build a team like ______" attitude. I think you maximize opportunity with the assets you have, your team gets good, and that's the best way to build it. Sure, there are general philosophies that your leadership should believe in, but I don't think the reason the Browns drafted Garrett #1 for example was because they wanted to be the next Seattle Seahawks or Houston Texans - it's because he was clearly the most talented guy and filled a position of need.

That's a fair analysis.

I would love to bring on Dave Gettleman if he'd work for 1 year in a role similar to Ryan Grigson. Just find talent.

I would like for our defense to have the identity of a Gregg Williams defense, which I don't say in a smartbooti way. I want a fast 4-3 that gets tons of pressure with its front 7.

On offense, I want us to have an identity of efficiency and ball control.

I believe we will be top 16 defense this year and around top 16-20 offense (I see some blooming going on on offense with our new o-line and time to throw). I am also optimistic in seeing us close to wildcard contention this year.

I think the Crow has a big season this year after all the investing we did on the offensive line this offseason

He was very good last night but didn't get enough touches because of how awful we were.......With our improvements on defense and offense, he should get plenty more touches and I expect he will do well with them

I just want guys who don't look like garbage in space and can tackle on defense. I want a power spread offense similar to Carolina if we use Deshone.

If Peppers/Garrett pan out and the Browns draft Minkah Fitzpatrick next year---they will have a top 5 defense within 3 years.

I know its a lot, but all Im asking for is for your 1st round blue chips to actually pan out and not bust.

Browns go 7-9

Crowell has 1380 rushing yards @ 4.6YPC

300 receiving yards

9 TDs

3 runs over 40 yards

6 over 20 yards

one game of 220 yards rushing, wins us one game on his own back and contributes heavily in4 wins.

Salary cap goes up by 10 million dollars.

How much is he worth?

I am not sure about the dollar amount, but if I am the Browns, with plenty of space, I give him a slight over payment to keep him here and make a statement. Prove it, earn it, you will be paid it here.
