| If Alex Smith was still around do you think you guys would have drafted him or no. Because he is a Gruden type QB and Michael Pittman is a very serviceable RB I like the Cadi selection but you would have been able to get J.J. arrington in round 2 and Alex Smith in round one? |

I don't think it would have happened because Greese signed a new contract in the offseason. But anything could have happened because the buccs haven't done the smartest thing lately (signing then 32 year old Garner to a large contract). _________________

First I would like to say I was about as big a Buc's fan as I was a Niner fan until they got rid of Rich Mckay for Bruce Allen and that signing nearly signified the end of any hope I had for the Buc's hats off to you true Fans but I hated the Raiders way too much to like Bucs after that deal.
second I think if John Gruden saw a QB he really wanted no contract or player would stand in his way of that QB. He loves QB's and developng them I think he would have taken him. |
