In Last weeks sporting news, Tampa Bay got rated 388 out of 388 for best sports towns in America. I think that is a crack of bs but hopefully the Bucs will be able to boost that rating up after a successful season.

Alot of those other places likely don't have as much to offer as the TPA/SP area. Especially in winter.
Add to the fact that the Rays suck.

Lou HAS had them playing well since the AS Break though. The Rays, like alot of teams, need some solid pitching. They have enough offense.

They need a first basemen with power, third baseman who can both hit and field, a centerfielder with power and an arm, a catcher who can hit and 3 more pitchers and new owners.
