It'd be nice if more people said why they think certain prospects are overrated...

Im glad somebody shares my views and opinions of Bradford and Williams. Both are terribly overrated.

But my 4 most overrated are:

1.Sam Bradford
2.Trent Williams
3.Brandon Spikes
4.Dez Bryant

I kindly disagree Very Happy

Spikes is a stud.

The ole' +1

The only legitimate game they have played this year he put up 11 total tackles and 3 sacks. Confused

Yes he is. He's a far better prospect then Crabtree.

cant really argue with that logic now can I... Rolling Eyes

As much as I don't want to agree with this, I think it's true. He's bigger, faster, just as aggressive, but Crabtree has the better hands.

Ok St list Dez @ 6-2 220...since we all should know that teams dont list the correct height/weight for any player I'm gonna say thats a wash(Crabtree was listed as 6-3 215)...for speed I'll say he looks faster cuz of ST and he gets to run the deep post and go routes...Crabtree never had a chance to run the 40 cant really just flat out say yeah he's faster...but I'll give u that for the sake of it...obviously speed is everything as we've learned from DHB...they both attack the ball as u said and Crabtree does have the better hands...I also think Crabtree gets better separation from the DB which negates any speed arguement...sooooo???

I think Bryant is about 6'2 (taller) and can play well at 220 even if it's not his real weight.

Also the difference in speed isn't a big deal. Basically, I think they're both high end prospects and I prefer Bryant's style.

Crabtree looks like an awesome player. Bryant projects as a similar player imo.

true posts about Vernon Gholston...although a case can be made for him due to the fact that he has had to transition to the 34 defense which doesnt really suit his game. Allthough he was a little overrated during the draft process. A workout warrior in every sense of the word.

Derrick Harvey was a guy who alot of people thought was going to slip on draft day than the Jags traded up to get him if i remember right. The Jags have made some odd draft choices that past few years outside of MJD and Monroe.

Mays is sucking horribly again. Why do people see him as a top fifteen pick?

This is the fourth game in a row he's played like garbage in.

I actually think he looks pretty solid. He's the only one out there really showing up for that D.

Taylor Mays!

All he did yesterday was make big hits and take bad angles. His coverage was suspect too. He's NOT a top 10 prospect and nowhere as good as Eric Berry. Overrated prospect.

As of today.

#1: Jake Locker -- This guy has some serious set of skills, but what has he actually done? Seems like once these "experts" start riding the ship, everybody else does. Current range: #1-10, Real Range: #10-25

#2: Terrence Cody -- Amazing at stopping the run and... and... Situational player. Current range: #10-20, Real Range: #30-50

#3: Patrick Robinson -- FSU is 97th in pass D, not all Robinson's fault but the presence of a leader is definitely not lying within that defense. Current range: #20-30, Real Range: #40-60

Just opinions, the most underrated prospect is Mike Williams from Syracuse, he has no help and he still does it all himself. Last time I was on here it was all about Jevan Snead #1, so I understand the Locker #1 talk. Personally I think Clausen is the man, harder schedule and playing better than Locker, it's all about getting the W's not the big L's.

Simply put.... Taylor Mays the guy makes so many stupid penalties in games it gets so frustrating watch a guy that has so much hype and doesn't come close to living up to it. I don't think i've watched a game with him where he hasn't comitted a stupid penalty this year.

Taylor Mays is the Worst maybe him and Dunlap
Taylor Mays is the most Overatte player in this draft! HE CANT TACKLE, HE HAS NO BALL SKILLS, AND MOST TIMES LOOKS LOST IN COVERAGE Mays is just a typical Big Hitter, and with more rules to protect WR's he has to step up his game big time. He should of came out as Jr. like Leinart and Maualuga should have he put more tape out for people to pick apart about his Game and it going to cost him alot of money. He might be the 4th Safety taken if doesnt break his mythical 4.3 Forty behind Eric Berry, Earl Thomas, and Chad Jones.
By the way im a Bengals fan and I love Maualugaaaaa!!!

Its blashemy to put Berry and overatted in the same sentence. You should be banned.

I just hope he gets taken earlier so a guy like Burnett or Thomas will fall to Green Bay!
