there once was a fan by the name of TrajikJay
of the Texans he posted and boasted most every day
no matter how poor they played he always heard bells
yet Jay wished so hard he still had Sage Rosenfels
tonight to commemorate him we all say hip hip hooray _________________

Congrats Jay on your milestone. I wanna bring back a HSC moment for this occasion and tell you that The Texans were crazy to pass on Reggie or Vince for Mario Williams. Oh wait. That will not spark much discussion now will it? How about the Texans gave up way too much for a backup QB in Schaub? Nope that won't work now either. Way too many discussions to put in this post so we will have to debate 10,000 more. Congrats!!!!
The next 10,000 may be this debate.
The good times we can have.LOL. _________________ Jay Cutler-2008-64.2% 1862 yards 13TD's 7INT's 86.0(season)rating 4-3 W-L

Yeah they tend to do it only for members whose presence is appreciated...not the guys secretly on everyone's "let's hope he gets banned soon" list.
And seriously, who invited VD and his stinky poems? _________________

Noone, where are these bouncers, we need to get him out before more of his sad poems begin to kill the mood.

Jaytrajik's Limerick-
In the land of the steer and the queer
Lived a fan without any peer
He lifted his chin
And with a furious grin
Proclaimed THIS would be the Texans year!
after year
after year
after year
Congrats buddy! Keep up the good work. Next round is on me.

umm, Jaytrajik, actually.
and for that remark, you get this:
There once was a fan who cheered for the Pack,
whose coaching and O-line can't prevent a sack.
The fan said, "Don't worry at all, we have Aaron and his stats,"
"while Lord Favre betrayed us like a ship full of rats."
Yet the bottom line is, they can't win two back to back. _________________

I've long respected the postings of Jaytrajik. He is one of the finest posters, nicest guys, and one the small handful of posters that seem to stand out from the many, many knowledgable posters on this site.
I feel fortunate to have some photo's of Jay during his career as a Texan fan:
#1) September 2000, Jay is the lone fan at the announcement ceremonies, granting Houston the next NFL expansion. That's him in seat M2506:
#2) September 2000: After the expansion ceremonies, Jay celebrates at a local pub and attempts to ride his bike home afterward:
#3) September 2002: Jay attends the first game of the Texan's inaugural season, and during the pregame tailgate party he finds nirvana and channels the the spirit of Earl Campbell giving the Texans a HUGE win in their first ever game against the Cowboys.
#4) March 2003: In an attempt to save David Carr's life, Jay attends the Texans 2nd draft with a challenge to Texan's brass of "stop the bleeding" campaign, hoping to convince then GM, Charlie Casserly, to draft a decent Offensive Lineman.
#5) November 2004: Jay finally snaps and turns on David Carr. Jay invents and sells over 3 Million "David Carr Knife Holders".
#6) August 2005: Jay sells everything he owns, moves into his car and swears he'lll follow the team across county for all games. Unfortunately Jay's car dies on his way to Indianapolis for the team's 3rd game. While Jay is unable to fix his car, he does manage to watch every game from the comfort of the back seat.
#7) Date unlknown: Jay is appointed Football's Future Hot Shot and makes some changes to his home to allow for more computer time.
#8 ) 2007: The Texan's have their first non losing season.
#9) And as odd as this seems, I have a camera that takes pictures of the future. This picture is of Jay celebrating at Texan's Playoff Bash from the year 2045 when the Texans finally make their first playoff appearance. Jay keeps on rockin' in the free world and closes down the festivities.
Keep up the solid posting, Jay!!!!! Its an absolute pleasure knowing you! I've enjoyed all 10,000 posts so far, and look forward to the next 10,000!!!
Kindly,

| ragevsuall17 wrote: | Your best contribution to this site... at least from my slightly skewed perspective... is your constant feelings and posts about the Titans falling flat on their faces year in and year out. Unfortunately, this year there was no such prediction (and thus, my siggy feels incomplete)... and sure enough, we now have bottom dwelling Titans who have fallen flat on their faces. Here's to your predictions next year, mate!!!! |
Hadn't put two and two together, but I think rage is right!
Despite Jay's tragic hatred for the team I hold so dear, I can't recall ever having a verbal sparring match with him. That speaks volumes to me. We all passionately root for a team and learn to despise other teams with equal passion. So it's natural that things get heated at times. But guys like Jay who keep a level head and know when to explain points and when to just censor themselves (as I have to sometimes) really turn this place into a quality site - instead of a bunch of angry guys trying to shout over each other.
That's a pretty clumsy compliment, but I hope you get the gist of it. Jay's a great guy to have around and here's to 10,000 more posts... with at least 4,000 of those telling me how overrated my team is! _________________
