This is such a nice trade. A 7. round pick for a starter, and Ted Cottrell knows Cowart from their time i Buffalo.  _________________ V-Fence!!! |

| He was injured much of last year, but 140 tackles in 2003. This is really a nice move for a 7th round pick. He likely would have been cut anyway(salary cap), but giving up a 7th round pick to make sure you get him is worth it. This gives us a veteran who is much better than Newman. |

our 7th for a veteran LB that is familiar with Contrells system
we might be staying with the 4-3 but I still would not rule out the accasional 3-4 to throw people off
and with that still drafting a LB |
