When ever im in this town it makes me frown
so I will make like Randy Moss and leave this town
I have a change of heart
that is why im so smart
the Vikings WILL make the Superbowl, but then they will choke
why cuz they are the NFL's biggest Joke
Your coach is the biggest scapler in the state
why cuz of his low pay rate
the Twins should have been contracted in 2001
and your Wolves can you say one and done
The Gophers will once more make headlines in the Pioneer Press
Saying how they cheated on their tests

good god man....i dont have tunnel vision. i understand the fact that there are 31 other teams in the leauge, all of which are trying to put their team in position to make it to the superbowl...just because all you care about are the packers, dosent meant that there arent other fans on here that want to know about whats going on in the entire nfl, espcially with their division rivals....other teams forums are great places for rumors you will not find anywhere else (although their accuracy is more often than not shoddy at best, speculation is great fun....)

let me guess....D student still in highschool?

First of all you dont have to live in Wisconson to be a Cheesehead, In Fact I live in N.J. I am not a [inappropriate/removed] either. And if your best little insult is calling people D students still in High School then you are really sad and pathetic. yeah, i was checking the packers forum to see what they've been up too since they lost sharper and their two guards and i saw that poem. I'm not going to say anything to attack packer fans, buy seriously next season ahman green is going to want to get the hell out of town he's going to get murdered with his new line and favre wont have time to throw. As far as the draft goes its a lose lose situation, go for. o'line then your defense is left with nothing go for defense and there is still 9 holes left to fill all you got is al harris and kgb that fat [inappropriate/removed] in the middle aint too bad. good luck guys and congrats with the division title banner with that purple stain on it

Favre and Green are going to just fine thank you, the packers d-fense has some wholes but they are fixable, more like 2or3 not 9. WE will most likey draft d-fense cause are oline is fine thank you very much. If your lucky your offense wont stall cause moss is gone. Ours is just gona keep puting up more point s than before. and that fat ***'s name happens to be Grady Jackson

our d was better than the vikes last year overall, that's a fact. our o-line lost two guys and if anyone paid attention Flannigan our starting C was on IR last most of season and he'll be back so we really on lost one guy and with Grey getting all that starting time he's probably gonna be a starter come August so i'm really that worried about ol #4 or Green.

now i would like to express my concern for one "get your roll on" QB who is going to struggle when he just chucks the ball up into the endzone for his reciever to get cause that aint gonna happen anymore unless he wants to throw a butt load of picks. and what did the vikes get for the best reciever in the game a decent starting linebacker and a rookie. there sure are some einstiens over in Minny.

first of all, im not here to insult, im here to talk football

second of all, this is my stomping ground, all of footballs future is, just as it is yours and every other packer, viking, lion, bear, redskin, patriot, colt, etc. fans stomping ground.

i was critiquing a juvinile attempt at a poem which was unfunny and very poorly executed, and yes i added a little shot at the end, because if you cant take them, dont give them out

the point that i wanted to get across is that there are so many classless and ignorant posts on these boards, its really hampering the true puropse of them, which is football discussion

now, to address the other posts in here....

you all cant seriously expect the o line to be just as good as last year, can you? granted, you may have solid backups/players ready to step in (i really dont know, the only 3 pack games i saw this year were the ones vs the vikes) but you lost two pro bowl caliber starters....those are big shoes to fill

as far as daunte goes, he will be fine....the moon play wasnt just al harris getting burned, if you all remember correctly, daunte dropped it perfectly over randys shoulder....id rather see a quarterback throw into coverage once in a while, rather than dumping it off all the time (you, as packer fans, should understand this point more than most....) because it shows confidence in his throws; favre does it too, most times its batted down, sometimes its picked, but other times its a spectacular pass that splits the coverage and hits the receiver right in the hands....we will miss moss, but he was a problem in the locker room....team chemistry is just as important, if not more, than physical ability. now the vikes have an unquestioned offensive leader in the locker room

but in all reality, the vikes and pack will probably split the season series, just like the do 95% of the time, and they will both be good games, just like last year
