Point taken on the discussion, yes you have a right to discuss football in this forum. As for the poem, yes it was juvenile, and frankly speaking it's been fun reading your shots, b/c hey what fun is hating the Vikings if you can't really hate the Vikings? Very Happy

As far as talking football with ya. No I do not expect the line to be as good as last year, but I don't expect a huge drop off either. People forget how bad our line was when Sherman got here in '00. People were ready to run Mike Wahle right out of town, and everyone was so down when Ross Verba signed with the Browns. Sherman's forte is developing lineman. At this position I believe he can take subpar talent, and make it great, at this position. Heck look at Wahle and Rivera. They were absolutely nothing prior to Sherman arriving here.

On paper the Vikings look great. I've been saying for a couple of years now they should get rid of Moss, and use him as trade bait to address their defense, looks like they've finally listened to me. However, the Vikings always look great on paper. The are the antithesis of the New England Patriots, lots of talent don't play well as a team. Will they get past it? Maybe. But as always, there are a lot of individuals on this team, too many big egos.

i expect our line to be as good as just about any line in the NFL. won't be as good as our line last year but we're going to end starting five guys who played 12 or more games. did anyone notice Green getting stopped in the backfield or Favre sacked more i didn't. those holes will be filled with quality line man. maybe Klemm will turn out to be a steal in FA, it'd be nice to get one of those....... haha
