This mock draft kind of goes out on a limb on a few of the picks, but at least its original and not just a compilation of other people's mocks. Enjoy.
Also, I dont predict trades or FA.

1. Oakland Raiders-Jamarcus Russell, QB, LSU
The Raiders have so many holes on offense, its hard to know where to start, but the best way to rebuild is to start with a solid D (they got that already) and a great QB, which is what they get in Russell.

2. Detroit Lions-Brady Quinn, QB, Notre Dame
I know his stock is falling very quickly, but Jon Kitna is not the answer at QB and there is pretty good depth at Oline this year, so they can use later picks to patch up the holes.

3. Cleveland Browns-Adrian Peterson, RB, Oklahoma
The coin toss shouldnt affect the #3 and #4 picks, so AP should end up here, where offensive firepower is needed.

4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Calvin Johnson, WR, Georgia Tech
This will be the fastest pick made in the draft if Johnson is here for Tampa. It will take about 5 minutes and then the Bucs get the WR they so desperately need with Galloway aging and Clayton looking more and more like a bust.

5. Arizona Cardinals-Joe Thomas, OT, Wisconsin
This would be great for the Cards if Detroit and Cleveland both passed on him, and he is just what they need, a bookend right tackle to block Leinart's backside.

6. Washington Redskins-Gaines Adams, DE, Clemson
The Redskins pass defense was horrible last year, and a big reason for it was the fact that they couldn't get any pressure on the QB. That will all change when Adams lines up for them.

7. Minnesota Vikings-Jamaal Anderson, DE, Arkansas
The Vikings are another example of a team with horrible pass coverage due to little QB pressure. Kenechi Udeze had 0 sacks this year, making him easily replacable.

8. Houston Texans-Alan Branch, DT, Michigan
As of right now, the Texans have Anthony Maddox and Thomas Johnson clogging the middle of the defensive line. Yeah I never heard of them either, and that calls for huge improvement. They will strongly consider Landry and Marshawn Lynch here, but they will end up going with Branch.

9. Miami Dolphins-Amobi Okoye, DT, Louisville
The whole defensive line is aging and with both top pass rushers and both top QBs gone, they go for the 19 year old man-child.

10. Atlanta Falcons-Reggie Nelson, Safety, Florida
Nelson fills one of the Falcons biggest needs, but they may also look reciever here.

11. San Francisco 49ers-Dwayne Jarrett, WR, USC
The 49ers hope that Okoye falls, but he doesnt so they settle for the best reciever left on the board. They could also go Ted Ginn or Patrick Willis here.

12. Buffalo Bills-Patrick Willis, ILB, Ole Miss
With Takeo Spikes aging, and always at risk of injury, and possibly losing London Fletcher to FA, the Bills LB situation doesnt look so good, so they take the top LB on many draft boards in Willis.

13. St. Louis Rams-Ted Ginn, Jr., WR, The Ohio State University
With Willis and Jarrett gone, they select Isaac Bruce's replacement as the #2 reciever.

14. Carolina Panthers-Laron Landry, Safety, LSU
The Panthers were suppose to be Super Bowl contenders last year, and how do they get rewarded for underachieving so badly? By drafting the top safety in the draft at #14.

15. Pittsburgh Steelers-Levi Brown, OT, Penn State
The Steelers really dont have any glaring needs, so they take what is probably their biggest need at OT.

16. Green Bay Packers-Marshawn Lynch, RB, Cal
The Packers have many needs: Safety, RB, WR, Nickleback, TE. So they take the BPA of those positions who just happens to be Lynch. If Green comes back to the Packers, him and Lynch would make a mean duo.

17. Jacksonville Jaguars-Sidney Rice, WR, South Carolina
The Jags biggest ? is at QB, but there are no more QBs with a first round grade, so they go BPA and hope that one of their recievers actually pans out.

18. Cincinnatti Bengals-Lawrence Timmons, OLB, FSU
The Bengals will give Paul Poz serious consideration here, but will pass on him because of his injury history and go with a safer pick.

19. Tennessee Titans-Robert Meachem, WR, Tennessee
The Titans lack a true #1 WR and could lose Drew Bennett to FA, so they go with the hometown boy here.

20. New York Giants-Darrelle Revis, CB, Pitt
A speed corner is a must for the Giants and thats what they get here.

21. Denver Broncos-Quentin Moses, DE, Georgia
The Broncos need a DE since Trevor Pryce left last season, and Moses seems like the perfect fit.

22. Dallas Cowboys-Justin Blalock, OL, Texas
The 'Boys need Oline in the worst way, so they go with the best guard left.

23. Kansas City Chiefs-Dwayne Bowe, WR, LSU
Who is gonna be the Chiefs QB next year? Doesnt matter if they have no good, young WRs to throw to.

24. New England Patriots-Paul Posluszny, LB, Penn State
The Patriots probably have one of the oldest front 7's in football, and are especially old at LB. They pick up good youth for an aging unit.

25. New York Jets-Leon Hall, CB, Michigan
The Jets need to upgrade the pass rush and the #2 corner positions. They see more pass rush depth left and go with the best corner available.

26. Philadelphia Eagles-Michael Griffin, Safety, Texas
IMO Griffin will the 2nd best safety to come out of this draft, right behind Landry. The Eagles fill a huge need after Lewis leaves in FA.

27. New Orleans Saints-Aaron Ross, CB, Texas
After what Fred Thomas did in the Chicago game, CB is the biggest need for the Saints.

28. New England Patriots-Jarvis Moss, DE/LB, Florida
Moss provides the front 7 with even more youth.

29. Baltimore Ravens-Arron Sears, OL, Tennessee
The Ravens can upgrade all 3 pos. in the middle of the line, and sears can play both guard and tackle, in case Ogden retires.

30. San Diego Chargers-Brandon Merriweather, Safety, Miami
This is somewhat of a reach right now, but if he does well at the combine, he may sneak into the 1st.

31. Chicago Bears-Joe Staley, OT, Central Michigan
The Bears have one of the oldest lines in the league, the average age of their starters is 33.8 years, and they could lose Fred Miller and Ruben Brown to FA.

32. Indianapolis Colts-Jon Beason, LB, Miami
Another Miami player that could creep into the 1st round. With Cato June all but gone from Indy, they draft what seems to be a perfect replacement.

Blalock isn't a first round pick, he's not a T Prospect anymore and he's not the best G in this years draft

As a lions fan i think (and hope) brady quinn is not the pick. Many scouts are comparing him to joey harrington. Just the sound of joey's name makes me depressed.

Thomas is a great pick for the cards. However, it is unlikely the lions pass on him so if you ever have Thomas going before us Laron Landry is the next best option. I gave you an A+++ for picking Thomas but I would also give you an A for picking Landry(as long as thomas isn't on board)

Poor Vikings pick. Nelson or Landry would be much better picks.

Thank you so much for the most overrated player in the draft.

The Vikes not pick a DLin the first round, because we've only done it about 4 times in the last 6 years.[/quote]
