Yeah, I want Vinny teaching the rookie, not Brady. _________________

| He's 44 years old. I like Vinny, but he's pulling a Junior Seau and is just trying to get himself a ring. Unlike Seau though Vinny's not really going to help at all, he's just along for the ride. |

Wow, what a deal for Vinny. He gets to miss two-a-days, doesn't have to take one snap the whole season and could still get a ring. If only the dreaded 1998 Broncos didn't prevent Vinny and the Jets from reaching the Super Bowl, Vinny would be lone gone.
In all seriousness, I am going to miss Vinny when he in fact retires. (If that day ever comes) |

Ah... the most prolific passer in Baltimore Ravens history is still chugging along... GO VINNY!
How sad is it that Vinny Testaverde, who played all of 2 seasons with the Ravens, is the best quarterback we've had to offer in our history? _________________ "The really important kind of freedom involves attention, and awareness, and discipline, and effort, and being able truly to care about other people and to sacrifice for them, over and over, in myriad petty little unsexy ways, every day.” |

By the time McNair is done that honour will be his. |

| First Flutie, now this. I'm thinking we'll be seeing a Steve DeBerg comeback next year in NE. |

Hes more of a coach out there probably. It cant hurt to have your 3rd string QB to have all of that NFL experience. Plus he knows the Pats are going to make a run at the Super Bowl. Why not hang around and possibly get a ring for basically just sitting on the bench and helping Brady on the sideline. _________________

But I guess if you think about it.... you're Vinny Testaverde and you're getting paid around a mil and a half (if I'm not mistaken... veteran's minimum salary or something like that) for a year to pitch a ball around a field, chill with Tom Brady, get sideline seats at Patriots games, and probably get a nice ring for that finger before you retire. |
I agree with everything but the bolded. _________________

You have to have a pretty good offensive line to sign a guy who uses a walker. I would hold out for more money if somebody expected me to even think about trying to keep someone from sacking Vinnie. _________________
