(WSB Radio) -- Michael Vick has been indicted by the U.S. District Court in Richmond, Virginia. The court confirms that Vick has been indicted on two felony counts. As a former clerk for a Federal District Court Judge, I can tell you that they do not bring these charges if they do not mean it and have the evidence to prove it. This will never see trial though, he will plead out. It sounds like avoiding jail time will be hard, though Jamal Lewis got off relatively easily. But, given Goodell's history, I doubt we see him this year.

I honestly thought he was gonna get away with this. What he does sickens me, hope he has a happy time in jail.

I really do sympathize for Falcons fans that put so much faith and stock in him. Where is that on guy...earl02. All he was talking about was how innocent Vick was. I can't wait till he gets here.

This means nothing Pacman has been indicted or arrested six times and still hasn't been guilty. Vick has never been arrested before and, the new policy is for repeat offenders. Think about it everybody, Players are still getting arrested in the NFL and, none of them have been suspended so why would Vick.

I'm glad this happened. Players need to figure out that they can't do whatever they want.

I hope he serves in jail..

And I really hope the Falcons can replace him and move forward..
