Id say .500 percentage
But despite the rumors, I think the Bucs wouldnt fire him. They have rebuilded for the future with RB Carnell Williams, LB Barrett Ruud, QB Chris Simms and Luke McNown and the Bucs organization knows he is TOO good a coach to let go... _________________

Gruden is very safe---with all the Bucs gave up to get him, there is no way in the world they would have the guts or cash to fire him _________________

I completely agree. There is no reason why we would get rid of him especially because of what we gave for him. _________________

Unless we get Dungy back, Gruden won a superbowl with Dungy's team, not his own... _________________

Yea, he took Dungy's team to the superbowl, then the next season made them worse by bringing in old players. Good move. _________________

Dungy is a great coach who goes to the playoffs often, but he's not a playoff coach, he didn't win a Superbowl.
Gruden won this Superbowl, Nobody will remember the winning seasons, but we will remember the Superbowl... |

gruden is very safe i hope. he is a finisher. without gruden i don't think the bucs win the superbowl in 02-03. the bucs had reached their cusp when gruden arrived. old age caught up to the bucs. the bucs also gave up 2 first round draft picks and 2 second round picks to get gruden. also 79 percent of the bucs cap space is allocated to defense and dead money. gruden wants to get it to 50 percent offense 50 percent defense and no dead money. so with no cap space the bucs can not get good young free agents. also when the bucs brought in all those old free agents their signing bonuses totaled less than that of which the bears gave john tait so they were frugal. _________________ "I'm the straw that stirs the drink." - Reggie Jackson |

Yo Vigilante, you better watch your sig man, the maximum was set by webmaster at 600 pixels wide by 100 tall meaning you can only have 1 of those 3 sigs at a time. _________________
