Eagles Over/Under Game

A couple forums are doing this (i got it from the ravens) and i figured it might be fun. Heres how it works. One person gives a stat prediction for the upcoming season. For example, mcnabb will pass for 4000 yards. Then the next person says Over if they think mcnabb will pass for over 4000 yards, or they say Under if they think hell pass for under 4000 yards. Then that person gives a new prediction. Heres an example...

* McNabb will pass for over 4000 yards.

* Over, first time in career mcnabb wil go over 4000 yards.

If you think this is stupid, just say so and ill delete it. Alright here we go, ill start...

Kearse gets 10 sacks in 2005...

Reggie Brown catches 45 balls this year

Over. I think with the whole owens situation, TOs catches will be cut down even if he plays all 16 games. This leaves a huge opening for brown. I think hell get about 60 catches this season.

Under. I think bucky will only be used for short yardage and get thrown in games late to run out the clock. Westbrook has a new agent (same one who reps mcnabb) and theres a good chance hell be in training camp. Westbrook along with moats will be the "go-to" guys during the most of the games. I like buckhalter, but i dont think hell be that great this season, coming off such a bad injury.

over, the man is a freak, and oh yeah our only run stopper unless you count people like keith adams and sam rayburn (and as much as i love the Truck Driver...)

o/u 1 serious injury (eg something for more than a game or to, that happens to a key player... use your judgment)

We always seem to lose about 3 or 4 for a few games a year.

Over. I think hes amazing and hell fit in right away. I could see him racking up over 500 yards rushing. Hes the eagles next star at RB.

Under- I think TO has the ABILITY to get ~20 TDs, but I think he will start to get the attention that Randy Moss does, and people will focus more on shutting him out... as I think this last season he got a few early games where he ran wild and teams just had no answer. I'm guessing 13 TDs for TO.

Under. Hes great, but he just got over 1500 last season and that was the backfield pretty much to himself (levens was the only other competition) and now westy has moats (eagles next star RB) and buckhalter coming back from injury who are both going to steal alot of playing time from westbrook.

Under. 12-4 in the regular season, first place seed in NFC. Then 3 straight playoff wins. 15 win season, eagles are super bowl champions.

over i think they gave up 260 or something this year and they got trot for the whole yeah but lost burgess and reese and possibly simon and all so i think we break 250 by a little again
