| I've heard rumors that Richie Sexson might be shopped. He's in the last year of his contract and he could provide pop for any potential contender. He's been dreadful against righties this year and he's batting close to the Mendoza line so who know's if their are any takers for Sexson. |

Yankees trade:
James Brent Cox
Ian Kennedy
Allan Horn
Brewers:
Ben Sheets
Id love this to happen, however I doubt that Cashman would do that, and think that the Breewers would look for Hughes, Tabata or Jackson. I do think the Yankees grab another starter at some point, this probably wouldnt be the trade. _________________

| Angels could be buyers...maybe for a reliever and some infield depth (2B, SS, 3B). |

Livan Hernandez is on the trading block, according to ESPN, and they say the Braves could be a possible suitor in a trade involviing him. _________________

I can't see Livan being traded as long as the Twins are still in contention. I don't think they'll fall out of the race either, because no one in the division is going to run away with it. _________________

They were 2 games out coming into today, and they are currently tied with the Yankees, while the White Sox are losing to Tampa Bay in the 8th. If the Twins win and the Sox lose, they are a game out.
Give me a reason that they will fall out of the race. _________________

I love Horne, but I would take the gamble with Sheets. When he's healthy he is one of the best. _________________

Wow! Someone else who thinks Sheets is going to be traded. I'm glad I'm not the only one, but I do think that if the Brewers trade him, it will be for 3 pitching prospects. With Escobar, Gamel, Braun, Weeks, Hardy, Hart, Fielder, LaPorta, and Gwynn all under 25-26 and all pretty darn good, we don't need any bats (except a catcher, Kendall is getting up there). _________________

Well I doubt the Mariners are too active but I hope they are major sellers. Some names I would like to see dealt are:
-Raul Ibanez
-Richie Sexon
-Erik Bedard (if someone offers a good package) _________________

That would be pretty silly if Bedard got dealt for a package less than you payed for him last year though... _________________
