Hello everyone, this is Tracy and I am Joe's wife. I wanted to let you all know that last week Joe was put into hospice. The doctors keep telling us that he does not have long but they can't put a specific time frame on it. I didn't know who to tell so that is why I am doing a general post.

This board has ment so much to him, he was always on here and it helped him think about things other than being sick. Joe is the biggest football fan I have ever know and loved to debate all the latest stuff. Thank you for all of the support and encouragement you have given Joe over the last year.

I will check back and pass on any messages to Joe.

Thanks again.

Tracy, I'll be praying for you and your family. I know that this has been a lot harder on you than it has any of us, but I'd like to add that I've been thinking about Joe a lot lately and hope that you and the family will find comfort during these tough times. I know this might not mean a lot, but a lot of times these days when I talk about the Browns, I almost feel guilty, because I realize that there's a diehard Browns fan out there who knows that he may never see his team play again. It really puts things in perspective for me, and it makes me realize that I take so much for granted. Joe has impacted this entire forum for the better.

Please continue to keep us updated. God bless.

I echo Nate's thoughts exactly. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers and have been for the past few months. From what I know about Joe, he is a great poster, fan, and just a great person in general. Like Nate said, keep us posted, and God bless.

I'm so sorry to hear such horrible news. I remember him posting a while back that he was diagnosed with cancer and ever since he has been in my prayers. My sympathy goes out to Joe, you, your family, and everyone close. Y'all will remain in my prayers.

I'm not a religious man by any stretch of the word, but tonight I'll be saying a prayer for you, your family and Joe.

Tracy,

Thank you for posting this. Let Crakburn (Joe) know that we are all thinking of him. He was one of our best members and as a moderator he helped make this the best Browns forum on the web. My heart goes out to you and your family.
