Has is been leaked who shattered the crystal ball BCS trophy?
I heard the name Duron Carter but don't know if that was accurate or some form of Buckeye Humor. |

It was a father of one of the players who got tripped on a fold in the rug. The player or his father hasn't been identified yet.
I guess we'll just have to win a replacement in January. _________________

| Quote: | | We could spend all day talking about the flashy guys , but as the cliché goes, “The game is won and lost in the trenches.” In a sea of spread offenses and gimmicky schemes, Alabama and Michigan stand above the fray as offenses built with an emphasis on winning the battle up front. UA has the defending Outland Trophy winner Barrett Jones while Michigan boasts All-Big Ten second teamer Taylor Lewan. |

Outland Trophy winner is comparable to Big Ten 2nd teamer? _________________

I'm guessing neither of you knows exactly how good Lewan is and how much better he can be.
He has the potential to be a top 5 pick when he comes out of the draft, assuming he continues to improve. Obviously Jones has the hardware on his side and is a great, accomplished player himself, but it isn't as huge of a reach as a comparison as you want to imply, especially if we are talking purely talent. _________________

| Can't get a link yet but apparently Phillip Sims is going ahead and transferring like most(namely me) thought he would. I hope the kid works out well somewhere, a long wait at Bama just for 1 season. |

Phillip Sims is transferring:

Not a big surprise bcuz there was no chance of him beating out AJ. If he's smart he goes the JuCo route so he can play right away. Owise he might as well have stayed and waited his turn. I wish him well. _________________
