On the plus side, the 2013 class looks vanilla per usual, but in 2014, the class has a lot of in state talent, including 3-4* recruits, 1 at Guard, 2 at Receiver...while also being on top-8s for players at playmaking positions (DB, RB, WR, TE-- 4* or better) and other players ranked highly on scout sites (including 2-OTs, C, CB, S, WR, QB).

Just a bad football team this year. I can see them losing out. Hope this isn't a sign of what is to come, but I have a nagging feeling that it does.

Unbelievable how spineless Ferentz can be. And for a guy who I thought was a decent coach, this team looks horrbly coached....not to mention seriously void of talent

It won't do anything.
Kirk already let all the good JUCO players go to the SEC.
several big recruits have left.
James, the Center, will be a coach here next year.
Garry Barta loves Kirk.
Kirk can do whatever he wants, we are stuck.

Starting LT, LG, and FB, along with 6 RBs on IR, doesn't help, but Keokuk is by far the worst QB I've ever seen.
