Week 1 - Philadelphia Eagles vs. Atlanta Falcons
Location: Georgia Dome, Atlanta, Georgia
Date: Monday, September 12, 2005
Time: 9pm

I think we will win this game. Michael Vick is useless against the Eagles, he's never been able to successfully play against us and it won't start this week. Look for Kearse to be playing alot of QB spys like he did against Culpepper last year Week 2. All the falcons have is a run game and when teams become one dimensional against us, we may be the best defense in the league, especially now that we have Trotter and 2 run stuffing DTs and no Corey Simon. McNabb and Owens will have a field day and we win this game with slight ease.

My Prediction

Eagles - 31
Falcons - 16

I see Finneran from Nova is still with the Falcons. I always thought that was a bad cut on the Eagles part. But you can not get them all correct.

Yeah we're much better against Dunn and Duckett without Stay Puft Simon, that fatty. T.O. is gonna eat their secondary alive, and Greg Lewis/Reggie Brown will get open looks.

Couldn't have said it better myself... except I think the score will be more around 24-10. Aside from that though I agree, the Falcons will get smacked, and for once (twice counting last year) we won't come out slow in the beginning of the season.

This one shouldn't be close. The Eagles overmatch the Atlanta defense, and they should be able to contain Vick again.

All I know is that I'm down by 15pts in my fantasy league and I have Akers and the Philly D going tonight - they better get me some points!!! lol!!!

Seriously - good luck tonight guys... I'm guessing that the speed of the Philly defense will keep Vick in check, should be a good game.

Anyways, the Eagles had better win this football game. As much as I don't like Terrell Owens, I hate Michael Vick even more. The Eagles better win, because I want the Falcons to fall flat on their face this season. Now, that would be hilarious.
