In a battle between the team with the best record in the NFC last year, and the worst this year, the 49ers, fresh off an opening win against the Rams, come into Philly to try and start off 2-0. Discuss the game here.

All I know is that I feel sorry for the 49ers this week. Home opener at Lincoln Financial field and the Eagles are going to take out thier frustrations from that week 1 loss on the 49ers.

I don't think the 49ers outplayed the Rams as much as the Rams were under-coached. Martz was obviously looking past the 49ers and it showed.

If there are children and expectant mothers in the audience, you might want to cover thier eyes, this won't be for the faint of heart.

i dont see this going good for the 49ers at all. i just hope the gaints lose then the redskins pull a upset vr. the cowboys. but all but the skins i think are going to win so we will still be at the bottom of the divsion still Crying or Very sad

We will win this game, if only because we are at home. I could give you 50 more reasons if I wanted, but I could have given you just as many against the Falcons if I wanted to. This matchup, of course, is much more in our favor than the Falcons game was, and home field advantage will do it's part to push us well over the top.

i think yall will win by ten points only because Mcnabb is hurt and the niners will put alot of pressure on yall, but the game may be even closer

yeah we are smashing them... the only player on the niners who can beat us is barlow, and they have like 1 good run and otherwise we're shutting them down.

on another note we really saw how good our red zone o was on that 2nd td... he was wide open.

we need a new kr. starting last week i've seen at least 2 returns that jr would have taken back for touchdowns, where all we have right now is dex wynn who's playing awful, and reno "fair catch" mahe (he actually may have a record with percentages or something... but in my life i've seen him actually return one). I honestly wouldn't mind -- or actually would prefer -- seeing westbrook back out there returning kicks.
