Quote:
The grumblings reached a crescendo when he was benched in Week 12.
They picked up again this week in Tampa but came with a twist as Donovan McNabb made the rounds at the Super Bowl XLIII media center.
"I want to retire as an Eagle," McNabb said.

If only the FO could get him that one reciever who could push him over the top...

Couldn't that just mean that he wants to retire his time with the Eagles and move on to another team?

He should try "graduating".

This guy is true class. After everything he went through, I thought he wanted out.

If the Eagles are smart, they will keep him until he retires

I'm glad to see that he wants to stay in Philly. The FO needs to get him a WR and realize that he's not the problem...

Personally, I was looking forward to the Kevin Kolb era.

Hey, if your franchise doesn't understand what they have in McNabb, that's on them. A good chunk of your fanbase certainly does not.

I think Donovan's learned that the majority of the fanbase is just drunk and dumb. He's gotten past that. Laughing
