NEED HELP PLEASE

Alright this is a team that's pretty much been decimated with injuries and had a bunch of busts on it and all, and pretty much anybody on the team who I have who's doing well I've gotten from FA (e.g. Eli)... and anyway I've proposed a bunch of trades to people who have players that I could use to spare and most have been fair, yet everybody refuses to accept a trade, and refuses to offer me one back.

The one trade that I (or anybody else in the league) have done is when Westbrook had a bye and I offered Derrick Mason for almost every running back and got TJ Duckett.

Anyway, this is my team:
QB: E Manning
WR: B Jones, S Smith, M Clayton, (M Harrison, J Jurevicius)
HB: T Bell, B Westbrook, (T Duckett, C Martin, T Fisher)
TE: K Mangum
K: A Vinatieri, (J Feely)
DEF: Atlanta

(Note: Pending Waiver, T Fisher for B Leftwich, but I can just cancel that and drop someone else pretty easily.)

And here are the teams of 2 other people who have players to spare who I could use but don't seem to want to make a trade:

TE: n/a (I'm assuming he'll pick one up)
K: J Reed
DEF: Tampa Bay

So yeah, what trades should I propose, if any, or should I try to get a different specific player? I know this goes a bit deeper than "who should I start," but I'd really appreciate the help... thanks.
